Old Bay Joinery carry out client work following this 'template':

1: The potential client will approach us, usually in person or via email, and at this stage we will ask for plans, a sketch, or perhaps a magazine cutting, showing the works they are wanting done.

2: We will prepare, at no cost, a scale drawing of what is envisaged together with a quote. Our Terms of Payment (on the quote) requests an approximate one-third deposit to be paid upon orderfor the joinery required.

3: Once the client accepts the quote and places an order we will carry out an on-site 'measure up' (if necessary), again at no cost, to get the exact sizes of the joinery we are to make, whether it be windows and doors, stairs, bookshelves, kitchens etc.

4: Work will commence once the customer has confirmed the sizes and styles required. Clients are encouraged to call in and inspect progress at any time.

We believe in having an effective, communicative relationship with all our clients - always aiming to work with their timetables and goals.
